How Do Refunds Work?

If any discount code was used at checkout, if the item was purchased on sale or in a bundle, or if you accepted a free gift with purchase promotion, you will only be eligible for store credit.

Only full-priced items will qualify for a refund.

Your return request must be submitted via the contact page on the website within 14 days of your order

being delivered. 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item being received. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment only. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

​ All returns should be unused and in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been peeled or damaged upon return.

I am proud to say we ship worldwide. Order preparation can vary depending on product requirements.

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped (unless it's a pre order).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I hate delays as much as the next person and cannot take responsibility for any delays due to customs.

Any issues with delivery such as lost parcel and damage on delivery

may be eligible for compensation.

If your item was damaged on delivery, please keep the original packaging as this is required evidence for any compensation to be issued.
