I am proud to say we ship worldwide. Order preparation can vary depending on product requirements. Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I hate delays as much as the next person and can not take responsibility for any delays due to customs.
Delivery to Europe is sent by Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world is sent by Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 working days.
Any issues with delivery such as lost parcel and damage on delivery
may be eligible for compensation.
If your item was damaged on delivery, please keep the original packaging as this is required evidence for any compensation to be issued.

We will then raise a claim with our delivery company. Please allow up to 30 days for the transactions and refund to be issued.
Returns & Exchages
If you are not completely satisfied we can offer you an exchange for any other cushion cover, provided that the products are returned complete and in perfect condition in the sealed packaging. Items should be returned via tracked post within 14 days. Please send proof of postage receipt via a photo from the courier you use to return your product. If the returned product does not get to us and proof of sending the package is not provided, we are unable to refund you.
Staining on the product will not be classed as refundable.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please get in touch.
All Other Products
I do not accept returns, on any other items, If you change your mind on a product and the items are still in the original packaging unopened I will happily exchange for a like for like product. Items should be returned via tracked post within 14 days.
