Shipping Policy

I am proud to say we ship worldwide. Order preparation can vary depending on product requirements.

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped (unless it's a pre order).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I hate delays as much as the next person and cannot take responsibility for any delays due to customs.

Any issues with delivery such as lost parcel and damage on delivery

may be eligible for compensation.

If your item was damaged on delivery, please keep the original packaging as this is required evidence for any compensation to be issued.

We will then raise a claim with our delivery company.

Returns & Exchages

Return within 14 days of receipt.

 All sale products cannot be returned or exchanged, sales are final.

​

We can only accept returns that are unused, not washed and in their original, unopened packaging. If we receive a return to which it was not in the same condition it was dispatched in this will be returned back to you.

Return within 14 days to receive a full monetary refund.

​

Sadly as a small business, we do not cover the cost of returns.

​

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days* of receiving your item.
